I. Definitions:

  1. Administrator - means ATLANTIC CONTRACT Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-195) at ul. Zygmunta Słomińskiego 7/203, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000796049, NIP: 5252795869, REGON: 383935969,

  2. Cookies / Cookies (so-called "cookies") - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number,

  3. Website - means the website where the Administrator runs the website, operating in the domain www.atlanticcontract.com,

  4. Device - means the electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website,

  5. User - means an entity using the Website.

II. Cookies

Types of Cookies used

  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users' Devices in this way. These files allow us to identify the software used by the User and adapt the Website to each User individually.

  2. The administrator uses the following types of cookies:

  1. "Necessary" Cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. file authentication

  2. Cookies used for services that require authentication as part of the website;

  3. Cookies used to ensure security e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the website;

  4. "Performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of website pages;

  5. "Functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, eg in terms of the language or region the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.

  6. "Marketing" Cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.


The User has the option of limiting or disabling access of Cookies to his Device. If you use this option, you will be able to use the Website, except for functions that by their nature require Cookies.


What do we use cookies for?

The purposes of using Cookies:

  1. ensuring security - Cookies are used to authenticate users and prevent unauthorized use of the customer panel. They are therefore used to protect your personal data against access by unauthorized persons;

  2. impact on processes and efficiency of using the website - Cookies are used to ensure that the website works efficiently and that you can use the functions available on it, which is possible, among others, by remembering the settings between subsequent visits to the website. Thanks to them, you can efficiently navigate the website and individual subpages;

  3. session status - Cookies often store information about how visitors use the website, e.g. which subpages are most often displayed. They also allow identifying errors displayed on some subpages. Cookies used to save so-called "Session state" thus help to improve services and increase the comfort of browsing the pages;

  4. maintaining session status - if the customer logs in to his panel, then Cookies enable the session to be maintained. This means that after switching to another subpage, you do not need to re-enter your login and password each time, which promotes the comfort of using the website;

  5. creating statistics - Cookies are used to analyze how users use a website (how many open a website, how long they stay on it, which content attracts the most interest etc.). Thanks to this, you can constantly improve the website and adapt its operation to users' preferences. We use Google tools such as Google Analytics to track activity and create statistics;

Importantly, many cookies are anonymous - without additional information, we are not able to identify your identity on their basis.


Conditions for storage or access by Cookies

  1. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to the User's Device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the User using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser's settings or to inform about them every time they are placed on the User's device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling Cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.

  2. The user may at any time delete cookies using the features available in the web browser he uses.

  3. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

  4. The user may also use the website in so-called Incognito mode, which blocks the possibility of collecting data about his visit.

  5. By using the website without changing your browser settings, i.e. by default accepting cookies and similar technologies, you agree to their use for the purposes described above. The administrator does not use the information obtained for marketing purposes.



How long will we use cookies?

Cookies remain on your device:

  1. until you leave the website or disable the software (web browser),

  2. some Cookies may remain on your device until you manually delete them.

III. Google Analytics

  1. The website uses Google Analytics services and its advertising functions provided by Google Inc. (head office address: 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). These services support the Administrator in analyzing and improving the Website.

  2. Google Analytics, together with advertising functions, uses cookies to analyze how the Website is used.

  3. Each user has the option of blocking the transmission of data from electronic devices to Google Analytics by downloading and installing a free browser plug-in, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout .
